Commoner & Co is Ares Collective’s fine dining concept in North East Tucson, nestled in the base of the breathtaking Catalina Mountains. Known for a decadent happy hour menu and romantic dinner experiences, we add exciting twists to classic dishes for an unforgettable dining experience.
Ares Collective was established by Nathan Ares in 2014 when the first Prep & Pastry opened in Tucson, Arizona. We have since grown into other sister concepts and multiple different locations throughout Arizona which include Prep & Pastry, Commoner & Co, and August Rhodes.

New American Brunch, flavorful dishes, warm flaky pastries that make your heart feel home again. P&P was Ares Collective’s first concept that opened in 2014. Introducing our fresh take on modern brunch to Tucson, people would wait 2 hours to brunch with us! Prep & Pastry now has 2 Tucson locations and 1 location in Scottsdale.
AUGUST RHODES BAKERY
August Rhodes was a pop-up concept that filled the hole in our hearts that was left when Prep & Pastry moved from our flagship location. While the pop-up concept has since closed it’s doors on Campbell, August Rhodes now has a permanent home at Flora’s Market Run.
